All content on the Bebitex platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Bebitex or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Bebitex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Crypto investments involve risks, and Bebitex does not guarantee profits or protection against losses. Use the platform at your own risk.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of São Paulo/SP.
